HarmonySuite is a society management platform developed and owned by Novexial Limited. In India, HarmonySuite is marketed by Novexial India.

By accessing and using HarmonySuite's society management platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

HarmonySuite provides a comprehensive society management platform designed for housing societies, cooperatives, and residential complexes. Our Service includes features for maintenance collection, member management, visitor tracking, complaint management, and compliance monitoring.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

4.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All subscription prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

5. User Responsibilities

• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not upload malicious code or viruses

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by HarmonySuite and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without explicit permission.

7. Data Ownership and Usage

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarmonySuite shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India.
